We invite you to resign from the previous year and realign with what the New Year has for you during this intimate yoga and sound bath event.

Leave behind disappointment and unmet expectations as you create new intentions to head into 2025. An invigorating yoga session will help to release tension and anxious thoughts while reconnecting with your breath. A sound bath session will follow to seal in the intentions you have created.

We will end the night with an herbal tea demonstration and making an essential oil rollerball to take home that will help to remind you of your intentions and engage your senses.
